At Ladies Style, we take great pride in the quality of our Dresses, Jalabiyas, and Special Collections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Note: Items from our Eid and Ramadan Collections may have specific seasonal return windows.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
- Custom-altered dresses or Jalabiyas.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For example, the 30 AED (UAE) or 100 AED (GCC) initial delivery fee will not be included in your refund.
- If you are returning multiple items from the GCC, please remember our shipping logic of 25 AED per additional piece.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or the Ziina payment gateway to process the transaction.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, please contact us at Missdubai-86@hotmail.com.
